Every year, we have the pleasure of meeting many young people inconnection with internships and practical training. The latest group for this year consists of Bjørnar and Vetle from the 10th grade at Skånevik Secondary School. They spend three days with us exploring tasks within various educational programs before deciding on their field of study for high school in the spring. It's crucial for SMV that students are familiar with local opportunities before making a decision about their career path. In the picture, you see them participating in the testing of SMV Anode Grinding Vehicle, which will be sent to the customer in the new year. They are doing this alongside SMV's automation engineer, Mikael Walde.
